So i play around with the settings, and I notice that when its redownloading the stock apps in the smarthub I get a download error. Also I'm missing my playstation now app.
I gave up for the night and went to bed. Today, I called back and the guy on the other line did the same steps the other guy did and then left to go talk to people and the guy said that one of his coworkers had a similar issue today and that they think it's a problem on samsungs servers. I am a bit frusterated with the whole situation, and i'm wondering if anyone else has had the same issue with there TV and or Evolution kit that has a solution on how to fix it. Go to Solution. I can confirm that this issue is fixed along with the netflix issue.
As the original poster in the forum i'm marking this as solved. Thank you everyone involved for there help in getting this fixed. View solution in context. Unfortunately i don't, when I talked to them the guy told me he would be able to look up all the information I needed by phone number and not to worry about the transaction number. I did notice that after I do a factory restore when into reinstalling the stock apps to the smart hub when it try's to install the gamefly streaming app I get a error.
I called earlier Samsung tech told me to send back Evo kit, but I don't believe it's a hardware issue and more a server or firmware issue. I just installed Evo kit a few days ago. I am still having this issue as well.
It appears that either gamefly or the playstation now app get stuck in an install loop. A couple of the guys on the other forums have gotten replacements and there replacements also have an issue, so i don't think its an issue with the device, i think its something to do with samsungs servers After 2 hours on the phone with 2 different so-called "techs", nothing was fixed. He remotely reset the TV twice, then said i need to contact Samsung for a tech to come out.
